Who we are
Our mission is to give aspiring young men and women the opportuniy to display their talents throughout the Memphis Mid-South community, and the world, with appearences in fashion shows and on 'N' Style, Memphis' #1 Fashion and Entertainment TV program.
We have produced fashion shows for 18 years and we have been a big supporter of non-profit organizations. We are pioneers in the Memphis market. In fact, the Work of Art Models are the first to produce major Fashion and Beauty shows. We led the way in being the first to produce a Monthly Promotional Party showcasing Hair, Beauty, and Fashion! Our productions include a Fashion Show as a partof "Memphis In May" International Festival; A Major Gospel Fashion Show with over Sixteen Local Churches participating, and we were able to give a give away a $5,000.00 Fur coat! We also did a Play and Fashion show combined! We dedicated a Fashion show to the Police and Firefighters during 911 in a salute to their efforts and heroism! We have done shows with the Cotton Maker's Jubilee, now called "Memphis Kemet Jubilee". Work of Art Models have done Fashion Shows with players from the NFL for approximately seven years.
Who We are
The Work of Art Models appeared on the Main Stage at the Mid-South Fair, where we opened for Artist like "Yo Gotti", "Soulja Boy" as well as Fred Hammond. The Work of Art Models have opened, for the Highly touted "Southern Entertainment Awards" (SEA Awards) Several years running! The Work of Art Models have produced several "Rip the Runway" fashion shows, as well as Greek, and Gospel Fashion Shows. The Work of Art Models have graced the Main Stage of "Africa in April" International Event along wth TV personality "Rocsi" of 106 & Park Fame.
In addition, the Work of Art Models have been featured in the "Street Master" Magazine, the "Memphian", the "Tri-State Defender",and the Memphis "Commercial Appeal" Newspapers.
